Raeco Realty was founded in 2017 by Josh and Cassie Shives. The goal was not to be another brokerage, but to be a better one. Starting with just three agents and a clear vision, Raeco was built around the belief that buyers and sellers in this region deserved a higher level of expertise, marketing, and care than the market was offering.

That vision has scaled. What began as a Lafayette-based startup is now an independently owned, regionally dominant brokerage serving 12 counties across Indiana, with multiple offices and a growing team of advisors who are as invested in this region as the clients they serve.
